– Why are people hating on Julia for this whole fucking mess? She felt fucking HORRIBLE when she found out what the spell really did–she wanted to bother Quentin, freak him a little. She’s Sarah, not Nancy, if we’re being “The Craft” about this.
+ All of that is literally all Marina’s nasty plan, leave Julia and Kady out of your hate jfc.– Penny honestly is becoming a new show!fave for me. His capacity to be a good person and to try his hand at heroism is something I overlook in the books, but Arjun Gupta is making it kind of impossible for me not to care about him
– I love that Fillory is what helps Quentin out of his dark place tbh. I was worried the show would make “his childish obsession is BAD” and pretend thats unambiguous, but it was his knowledge and love of Fillory and Further that gave him the thoughts that helped him out of dark places. As Clara @fillory-clinton reminds us every day, “his wound is his strength.”
– Eliot was so concerned there at the end, I’m loving their even when they don’t get to interact much, Jason Ralph and Hale Appleman already show such a connection between the characters.
– My main complaint is no Margo
– Also the plot didn’t go many places with this ep, but I don’t think I mind too much
– Im loving the fact that spiting your roommate / Penny’s hatred of T swift kind of saved Quentin’s life??
All this.
